• Pre-purchase inspections of ships, class records verification & checking and full evaluation of a ship's condition, accompanied by extensive reports with pictures
• Execution and preparation of all documents and arrangements required for a vessel's acquisition (Sellers/Buyers documents, Flag State certificates, ISM related documentation, declarations etc)
• Banking Loan and financing arrangements from a reputable Bank
• Execution of purchased ships’ legal & physical delivery to the new Owners
• Ship's Registration and arrangement for all Flag requirements and Certificates
• Ship's Classification under any IACS Society

• Issuance of ISM Manuals and arrangements for all Safety & Security issues
• Crew Management & Crew Training
• H+M Insurance, P+I Club and War Risks coverages
• Insurance for ship's loss of hire and Kidnap & Ransom cover for ships crossing the high risk area in the Indian Ocean
• Chartering, Freight Collection
• Claims handling
• Accounting & Finance
• Supplies, Provisions, Spares
• Maintenance and Repairs, including the ship's Drydocking and Surveys
• Ship's preparation to undergo Flag State or Port State Control inspections
• Regular ship's attendance by the Company's Superintendents and other personnel
• Tax Management
• Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual Audited Accounts
